How many accounts can I have?

How do I find a specific league?
AdvancedSportistics.com has daily fantasy leagues available for baseball, basketball, football and hockey. You can select a league based on sport, league size, and entry fee. As well, once you have joined a league, you can invite friends to play in this same league with you!

How do I join a league?
Visit our
Homepage to select a sport and draft a team. After you have drafted a roster, you can choose a league based on league size and entry fee. How do I leave a league?
You may leave a league up to 2 hours after you have joined, except not within 15 minutes of the contest's start time. To leave a league, click on Contests on the top bar. If it is still possible to leave a league, there will be an x at the right of its row. When the popup window appears, click Cancel Entry. Your league fees will automatically be refunded.

What happens if a league does not fill up before the start time?
If a league is not full at its start time, the league will be cancelled. If it is a league with an entry fee, the fee will be refunded to your account.

How do I see the other players in my league?
After joining a league, visit the Contests page. Click the league name to visit the league homepage and see your competitors. You can see their teams after the contest has started.


How is scoring calculated?
Scoring is calculated based on the real-life performance of the players you select to your team. See the scoring rules above for the particular statistics that are measured and the points that are awarded.

How do I edit my team after submitting it?
From the Contests page, click Edit Lineup below the lineup that you would like to change.

Why are last season's statistics displayed?
Due to the larger sample size of a full season of data, statistics from the most recent full season may be more predictive than those from the current partial season. Therefore, last season's stats are displayed to help give you an accurate estimate of a player's skill.

What happens if I pick the same players as an opponent?
It is possible (although very unlikely) to choose the same team as an opponent in your league. In the event of a tie, the prize is divided evenly between the tied players, unless otherwise specified.

Where can I see the leagues that I have entered and their results?
Your live and upcoming entries are listed in the Contests page. Your contest history is listed in your Account page. You can see detailed results from the league if you click on the contest name links.

What happens if there is a stat correction after a game is complete?
Once stats are uploaded and payouts are awarded, no stat corrections will be taken into account, regardless of any official scoring changes in the professional leagues.

What happens if a professional sports game is cancelled, such as a baseball game being rained out?
If a game is cancelled or rained out, players from that game do not score any points for that day. Please ensure that your team does not contain any players from games that have been or may be cancelled.

How are salaries set?
Player salaries are calculated using advanced mathematical formulas. The salaries are based on a player’s recent and historical performance relative to their opponent.

How are doubleheaders scored?
A player will be awarded points based on the average of their scoring for any games they play on a given day. For example, if a player plays both games in a double-header and hits two singles in total, he will be credited with one single, as he has scored an average of one single per game on that day.

Why can’t I find a player who is supposed to be playing today?
We do our best to keep team rosters current. However, due to trades, injuries or call-ups, or other factors, it is possible that a player who is playing may not be available on a given day in our contest offerings.

How do I deposit money?
After registering, click the Deposit link near the top right corner of any page. You can deposit money with a credit card or with a PayPal account.

What is the payout structure for my league?
The payout structure varies based on league size and entry fee. When selecting leagues to join, the payout structure will be displayed before you confirm your league choice.

When are my winnings deposited in my account?
Winnings are deposited into your account as soon as the previous night’s scores are entered. This usually happens between 6:00am and 10:00am EST the morning following your game.

How does bonus work?
Your bonus will be deposited into your account as you play . You cannot cash out your bonus.

How do I withdraw money?
Click the Withdraw link in your account page to make a withdrawal. You can withdraw money by check or PayPal.
